A Tuskrider surveys the land. Tarsh is a land in the north of Dragon Pass. It was part of both Vingkot's and Heort's Kingdoms. After the Dragon Kill the land lay empty as did what is now Sartar.

As Sartar was repopulated from the south, Tarsh was repopulated from the north by those fleeing oppression and tyranny at home.

Tarsh was eventually unified under one high king and then subsumed by the Lunar Empire becoming a loyal Provincial vassaldom.
